Apple has announced that it will open its first technology development center in Hyderabad, worth 25 million dollars in India, as a part of its International expansion plan, reported by The Economic Times.
The facility will spread over 250,000 square feet, having the capacity to provide employment to 4,500 local people, at the time of construction. Besides, it will be a home to approximately 150 Apple employees who will work on maps. The project will cost Apple $25 million (170 crores IDR). The new office is expected to become fully operational by the end of 2016. “The office will also have space for many contractors who will support our ambitious efforts locally.”Wednesday, 17 February 2016
